The Nevada Supreme Court has implemented a new case management system, CTrack Enterprise. With the transition all attorney and pro se (self-represented) users of the eFiling system have been transitioned to the statewide eFiling portal: https://efiling-nv.com/portal/. On first login, portal users will need to reset their passwords, but filing history should be maintained. District Clerks and Settlement Judges will continue to use the Nevada Supreme Court eFiling site. Additional updates will be provided over the next few weeks.

BEFORE FILING, PREPARE YOUR DOCUMENTS. PDFs that are not flattened before filing may not upload into the court’s case management system correctly and will be stricken or rejected by the court. For instructions on how to flatten your PDF go to https://nvcourts.gov/supreme/how_do_i/file_a_document
